I was told around 150 that I looked too skinny and should gain weight but a healthy weight for our height is considered anywhere between 120-165. I think around 150-160 would be best though because any less than that it was hard for me to gain/maintain muscle. I'm shooting for 140-145 as a 5'8" woman.
