In my view the best ENB for it is Lucid ENB. I use it with my 2080-ti. If you want to improve performance, go to the ini and use ctrl-F to find the word "quality". These range from -1 (best) to 2 (worst). Turn them down to 2 unless they apply only to interiors. Best paired with Lux as interior lighting mod.It's too bright, especially when going in that direction. Vivid weather just looks the best with rudy. At least to me. I have a 6800 oc, and I usually get 50 to 70 fps. It is higher in more empty areas. Textures can hurt, too. I switched from 4k to 2k, and it made a huge difference in performance.
