For a purely melee cragheart I would recommend; Abilities: Avalanche, Opposing Strike, Crater, Rumbling Advance, Crushing Grasp, Forceful storm, Heavy Swing, Unstable upheaval, Rock Tunnel and Massive boulder. Lvl ups gets more complicated but as a base line I'd take: lvl2: explosive punch. Lvl 3: Blunt force. The top action does everything. I think there's one situation where Kinetic Assault is the better of the two, and that's if you're running a melee build driven by item 80 at low player count; the initiative and versatile top action are just too good for the build. But even that build wants to go back and pick up Rock Slide anyway at level 5 or 6.
