I don't understand what I am doing wrong that results in me seeing small image symbols where pictures are supposed to be in the first aid sections of cards and other sections in the anking deck. Any advice and help would be greatly appreciated. BTW, I am using the anking v12 deck, and clicked sync with Ankihub on the anki application.

I have both (I got the lifetime v12 version that I paid for less than $200), but I use the v11 because it's easier to edit and I don't have to worry about logging in. In the end, tons of people used the free version and did well on their Step exams and scored 260+.
