If you're gonna do it, squirt even less mL of spore than the lowest amount you see suggested. I was told numerous times that the Uncle Ben tek is "outdated" or "garbage" - but I don't see how the passage of time could somehow make a shroom cultivation technique stop working. Either mycellium likes brown rice or it doesn't, unless some crazy morphic resonance epigenetic anomaly occured where cubes suddenly stopped consuming rice.
